SmogHog system technology maximizes the efficiency of your dust and mist collection applications by ensuring constant airflow, unlike barrier filters that can plug and become ineffective. Units are more than 95% efficient on mist, smoke, and fume removal.

SmogHog mist collectors use electrostatic precipitation technology (ESP) to capture harmful and electrically charges particles. Contaminated, dirty, and/ or harmful air enters the unit through the inlet plenum with baffle pre-filters. First, the pre-filters trap large contaminants, followed by evenly distributing the airstream at a controlled velocity. The charged particles are then removed by collection plates and cleaned air is exhausted outdoors.
